Not just any waterjet! At 8' X 40', our big table is the largest in Western Canada. Brenco operates 2 waterjet tables: 8' X 40' and 6' X 12. Both are equipped with 2 cutting heads capable of cutting virtually any material up to 6" thick, precisely and without creating a heat affected zone (HAZ). This is the perfect cutting process for High Strength Alloy Steels, Non Ferrous Metals and Non Metallic Materials such as stone, glass and composites.
Shown above are examples of cutting 6" steel, nesting of aluminum parts and a stainless steel rose set in slate tile. Waterjet cutting provides economical cutting accuracy for virtually any material.
