On our never ending accord to ensure we offer the best service and value to our customers, we decided it was time to upgrade from our existing Q-Base quality management system and implement the highly recognized ISO (International Organization for Standardization) quality management system.
From start to finish we accomplished this task in under three months, a process that often takes a business our size more than a year to complete.
The purpose of the ISO program is to ensure continual improvement and conformity to statutory and regulatory requirements. To achieve this we enhanced a number of existing quality management programs and formalizing our approach to ensuring perpetual improvement. We trust that this will further assist us in providing our customers with the best solutions to their projects.
