Experience with CNC machines is preferred, but not essential. This is a permanent, full time position. The applicant must be able to communicate very well in English, including reading and writing and have good spatial and math skills. The position will entail working on our AFTERNOON SHIFT, Monday to Thursday, 2pm to Midnight.
Candidates with Journeyman fabricator credentials are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include read and follow shop drawings, and verbal instruction, fit and weld all steels, occasionally aluminum, when required finishes assemblies with hand tools, operate fork lifts and overhead cranes.
Experience with metalwork and metalwork machines is preferred. Responsibilities include reading work orders and shop drawings, operation of various metal processing equipment (primarily saw, shear, drill and punch), checking measurements of finished parts, cleaning, counting and stacking.
