Vanessa Heim assumes the role of president and CEO of Brenco Industries

Vanessa Heim assumed the role of president and CEO of Brenco Industries Ltd. in November. She is the third generation to lead the family company located in Delta, B.C. The metal processing and fabricating company was founded by Heim’s father and grandfather in 1983.
After working outside of the metal fabrication industry after graduation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, from which she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, she joined Brenco in April of 2012. Early on she assumed the role of project manager, but shortly thereafter she was promoted to strategic development manager, a role she served for six years. Heim was named company’s vice president in January 2019.
Heim also is an active member of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International, having been a part of the organization since 2013. She has served as an FMA board member for just over a year. Steve Heim, Brenco’s former president, will serve as the chairman of the company’s board of directors. He is a former FMA board member and chairman. Brenco joined the FMA in 1993.
